An industrial grape is a grape variety destined for the production of wine. It is used exclusively for processing. Because of this, such grapes should not be considered second-rate.

Features of growing technical grapes

The difference between technical and table grape varieties
Table grapes are grown for food. In such a berry, there are significantly fewer seeds, it is larger in size, has a delicate sweetish taste.
Technical grapes are grown only for the production of alcoholic beverages. Such a berry is small in size with a thin skin and a sour taste.
Depending on the growing environment and climatic conditions, grapes have a different taste. The composition of the soil and the temperature regime of the environment where it is grown affect the components of grapes.
The berry, which is grown using rocky soil, is considered the best raw material for the production of branded drinks.
