She loves to eat well and at the same time occupies the second line in the ranking of the sexiest women in Russia according to Maxim magazine. How does she do it? The 33-year-old singer and model shared the secrets of harmony with Wday.ru.

My meals are breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. If the daily routine is violated and it is impossible to eat on time, then it is better to cancel dinner than breakfast or lunch. If I don’t have lunch or breakfast, then in the evening I can eat a plate of borscht or dumplings. This is not very good, it is still important to stick to regular split meals.

When I need to shoot for the cover of a magazine or for a video, I resort to a protein diet. These include egg white, white fish, chicken breast, herbs, cucumbers, celery, broccoli, green peppers, and other green vegetables. At the same time, I exclude berries, fruits, rice, pasta, pastries, sweets. How long to be in this mode depends on the desired weight loss before shooting. I also use fasting days. The most suitable option for my body is 2 kg of apples during the day.

As usual, I try not to eat raw foods after 17:00 – neither vegetables nor fruits. It would seem that the best dinner is a vegetable salad, but I am of a different opinion. This dinner slows down the metabolism, so I advise you to abstain.

In order to be confident in your appearance, proper nutrition alone is not enough. Cardio training helps me lose weight – from an hour to three a day: a treadmill, a bicycle, a stepper, an ellipsoid, and dancing.

Of course, if there were no dance and stage in my life, my forms would be much more voluminous. Due to the fact that I really like to eat deliciously, I have to keep myself in tight hands and constantly play sports. And in order for sports to bring pleasure and results, you need to have motivation. For example, cutting out a picture with a slender girl, sticking it on the refrigerator, putting an image of a dream figure on the phone’s screen saver, watching an inspiring video … All this will cheer you up. Believe me, each of us can find something that will make us act.

I can share a life hack. Agree, it is very difficult to run 60 minutes on a treadmill, and this becomes clear literally after 15 minutes from the start. I would like to immediately leave the hall. Therefore, I have developed the following training scheme for myself: 15 minutes on each simulator: treadmill, bicycle, ellipsoid, ski. Such an hour-long workout will not be monotonous, and in the end you will get not only pleasure, but also good results. As a rule, when training is dynamic, we do not notice how quickly time passes. During cardio workouts, it is better to watch movies, clips, listen to music that energizes. Another important tip: watch your pulse. The gym on the treadmill tells you what it should be like in order to burn fat or train your heart, so there is no point in giving yourself unbearable loads and running faster than you can. I believe that a positive result will be only when you do everything correctly and dosed.

During the flight, if it lasts more than five hours, be sure to wear compression stockings. It is contraindicated to fly without them! Besides, I drink even more water. Recently I read that you cannot use thermal water on board, as it dries out the skin, which can lead to flaking and wrinkles.

I also do not recommend eating on an airplane, as this is bad for digestion. I can say this both for myself and for my creative team, and it is important for us to always be in shape.
