Aromatic tarragon tincture with mint and lemon zest
Ingredients
Fresh tarragon leaves – 20 g
Fresh mint – 40 g
Vodka – 1 l
Lemon – 2 pcs.
Granulated sugar – 240 g
Method of preparation
First you need to prepare all the ingredients: mint and tarragon are thoroughly washed in cold water, dried a little with paper towels and chopped with a knife. Scald the lemons with boiling water, wipe, remove the zest and squeeze the juice into a separate container.
The prepared ingredients (tarragon, mint, zest) are transferred to a glass jar and pour vodka over them. Leave for 3-4 hours at room temperature.
Then we filter the fragrant infusion with gauze or a fine strainer.
Dissolve granulated sugar in lemon juice and pour into a strained drink.
Close the container with a lid and leave for another week at room temperature in a dark place.
Before tasting, it is necessary to filter the drink, bottle it and cool it a little.
Store the finished product in the refrigerator.
Tarragon tincture with honey
Ingredients
Tarragon (tarragon) fresh – 100 g
Moonshine – 1 l
Honey – 6 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp.
Method of preparation
Tarragon must be washed, dried and chopped with a knife.
We throw greens, sugar, honey into a glass container of a suitable size and fill it with good moonshine without a strong odor.
Before putting the drink on exposure, shake thoroughly until the sweeteners are completely dissolved.
Exposure time – 3-5 days in a dark room at room temperature.
After the specified period, the finished tincture is filtered and bottled.
Then the drink is thoroughly cooled and served to the festive table.
Strong tincture on tarragon
Ingredients
Fresh tarragon greens – 50 g
Vodka – 500 ml
Granulated sugar – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
We prepare tarragon greens: wash, dry, cut.
Mix it with sugar in a bowl and cover with cling film. Let stand for 15-20 minutes.
As soon as the tarragon starts up the juice, we transfer it to a glass container and fill it with vodka. Leave for 2-3 days in a dark room at room temperature
After aging, the tincture is filtered, then filtered and bottled. We cool the finished drink and serve it to the table.
