We are in the middle of the Gastrofestival in the city of Madrid and during this week we can enjoy a new way of knowing and enjoying the traditional Tapas.

The gastronomic bites and miniatures that delight the palates in the hospitality establishments of our country, have a very special appointment in the meeting that takes place in Madrid on the occasion of the celebrations of the seventh edition of the Gastrofestival.

The multidisciplinary activities that have been developing since the end of January in the capital of Spain, now surprise us with The Technology and Art that is eaten, where Tapas they rise to a new dimension, making technology act as a pairing between ingredients and the senses.

The Experience of enjoying the delicious culinary arguments with the five senses, in emblematic spaces, is the proposal that from Spain Xperience brings us closer to Kreisler Gallery, Astarte Gallery and the Royal Tapestry Factory.

An unbeatable environment to be able to taste a menu created for the occasion, where technology plays the leading role, allowing the attendees of each event to interact and thus be able to generate a consumer experience that acts on the five senses, sight, smell, hearing, touch and taste.

How is the technology and art that is eaten presented?

The proposal that the gastrofestival program brings this week, unites the creative innovation of the company specialized in exclusive events of Spain Xperience, with that of Showcasech, to make the visitor feel a totally new sensory experience around the most traditional gastronomic proposal of our miniature gastronomy such as Tapas.

Within the offer of the different spaces where the day will take place, a submissive transformation will take place at a low level, where the art exhibitions of each of the Galleries will awaken and illuminate the diner through music, colors and the flavors.

The culinary proposal is led by the Chef Jaime Ramos Rodríguez, where he prepares menus for each occasion full of creativity and ingenuity and especially of different tastes and sensory perceptions.

Among the elaborations we highlight:

  • Mini sonorous tomato bread ciabatta, with ham, tomato confit, arugula and brie cheese.
  • Colors of aged gouda cheese with blackberry cream.
  • Basil touch.
  • Coca de escalibada with beet salt and red orange oil.

  • The Royal Tapestry Factory on February 5 at 19:00 p.m. or February 6 at 11:00 a.m.
