The Ebro and the Pilar, cover the twenty-first edition of the Tapas contest of Zaragoza City and Province
From today May 5 to 15, 2015 you can taste the tapas created by the participants for the occasion, along with a drink for the single price of € 2.
There are already more than twenty occasions that from Aragon local hoteliers and the entire province of Zaragoza are summoned to compete in this gastronomic and leisure contest.
The location map will be divided into 6 areas, due to the large number of establishments that support the contest and the distance between them.
More than a hundred Bars and Restaurants in Zaragoza, they will try to raise the bar for culinary creations of this XXI edition of the contest, where they will be able to do their best by making one, two or three varieties of snacks or tapas that they will present in each of the categories in which the event is divided.

In parallel to the main categories, prizes will be awarded to the subcategories that the contest sponsors give to the tapas that are developed with “Ternasco de Aragón” or “Tapas that are suitable for celiacs“.
Among the details of citizen participation, is the acquisition of “tickets or” vouchers “to consume in the establishments, from strips of three drinks, in order to get access to try most of the culinary creations, and the possibility of exchanging one of the vouchers for a sweet, within the confectionery establishments that participate in the contest.
This does not open a new subcategory of participation where the best pastry creation will be awarded, through popular vote among those who taste and taste the delicious and caloric pastries …
