Tapas mostoles

The Tapas route that starts tomorrow, has as its name and slogan a very descriptive call to action “SABOREA MÓSTOLES”.

All residents and visitors to the town will be able to participate in the gastronomic celebrations that this initiative of the Móstoles city council and the Mahou Cervezas brand entails.

From May 19 to 22, fifty catering establishments will participate in this new edition, and there are already eight, of the gastronomic event that has a clear bankruptcy vocation.

The culinary proposals of each participating bar or restaurant are already being elaborated in order to offer the true ingenuity and creativity of the professional hospitality activity of the town.

It will be an excellent opportunity to get to know the municipality more closely, with city category, having a tapas and a Mahou drink for the single price of € 2,20 in all the affiliated establishments.

Móstoles organizes various gastronomic events throughout the year to help disseminate and collaborate with the hospitality establishments of the municipality, and has the local entity Móstoles Desarrollo, to promote and enhance commercial and tourist activity.

A Tapas contest with vocation and award

Within the four days of Saborea Mostoles celebrations, you will be able to participate not only in the tasting in the bars of the municipality of the Tapas prepared for the occasion, you will also be able to actively participate in the deliberation of the winners of the contest that the event entails.

The awards grant not only the recognition and the commemorative plaque to the “BEST TAPA DE LA RUTA DE MÓSTOLES 2016”. They will also give the direct passport to the participation of the third edition of the Mahou Tapas Championship of the Community of Madrid, to be held in the month of May next year at the Higher School of Hospitality and Tourism in Madrid.
