The Business Association of Hospitality of the Community of Madrid, “THE VINEYARD“, Presents this event as its organizer, together with the Mahou beer brand as a new benchmark for a gastronomic route to unite during this fortnight of July the creative work of the participating locals, with the influx of tourism in the capital of Spain, typical of this summer season.
This year we can taste from an original carpaccio to guacamole, a stuffed anchovy, a grilled octopus skewer, a duck waffle or a spectacular foie ganache.
