The Segovian Region of Carracillo, celebrates two gastronomic events with an ecological approach in parallel.
Six Segovian municipalities will be the ones that will take the exit within the III Route of Ecological Tapas of Carracillo.
The gastronomic event is held during the next days 1 and 2 of August, and is sponsored by the foundation of the Caja Rural, and has had a prize of a free weekend trip for the winning Tapa.
Event participants will be able to taste delicious bites from organic products and in turn participate in a raffle for their selfless tasting at this event.
A total of eight hospitality establishments in the “Land of Pinares”, They will be the ones that offer the visitor their culinary creations, based on a raw material of ecological origin and we will detail them below together with the population in which they are found.

Accompanying Tapas with the best ecological product.
In parallel to the celebrations of the gastronomic event, it will take place during the day of August 2, the fourth Ecological Fair in Campo de Cuéllar.
An important sample of products from Ecological Agriculture of Castilla y León, will meet in the Segovian municipality, which together with the exhibitions and sale of products, will make the local vegetables, be the protagonists of the visitors’ shopping baskets.
Along with the commercial activity that every fair entails, you will be able to attend the conferences and cooking workshops that will take place throughout the day, and be able to enjoy the magnificent products that this region produces and not only from the garden, being able to acquire and know more about the wines, legumes, sweets and natural cosmetics.
As a culmination of the festive activities, and for all members of the family to participate, the I edition of the Junior Chef Campo de Cuéllar, contest sponsored by the company Precooked El Campo, and that will take place at noon, in the Paza Mayor of the municipality.
