- Escape into the world of imaginationFor sudden, unexpected stressful situations, it is good to have some idealized space prepared in our mind that will evoke a good mood in us. Let’s imagine it in advance in small details, engaging all the senses. When we are stressed, let’s escape there for a moment with our thoughts, and it will bring relief.
- Physical effortMovement and physical activity in any form will allow you to effectively fight stress. They will bring self-control, improve well-being, stimulating the secretion of endorphins. The most important thing is to find something suitable for yourself, so that it gives us joy and satisfaction, and is not another unpleasant duty.
- Relaxing massageYou can do it yourself or let a specialist do it. You need to massage the places that touching or pressing will give us pleasure, soothe the senses, relax and calm the mind and body. During the procedure, you should focus only on receiving pleasant tactile stimuli.

These are things necessary for a good mental condition, without which there can be no question of a positive attitude to life.
