I decide for myself the question of how to learn to evaluate myself adequately. Without exaggeration and, which is very important for me, without understatement. Realistically evaluate the load and the mode of rest-rewards.
And I thought of this: what if you take and write your own resume for yourself? That’s according to all the rules: born, studied, married … Just be honest! Without embellishment, but without excessive modesty. So: what can I really do? What have I achieved during my work and study? What am I really great at?
And now switch to another role: now I am an employer.
- How do I resume?
- Will I hire such an employee myself?
Well, why not take yourself to work? (At least through an acquaintance! :)) Since I am an employer, then I myself am a valuable working resource. Look at the resume, how many things have been written: I studied well at school, and works at work, and there are achievements. AND! WOW! Studying at UPP! Exactly — a valuable shot! And then the following questions arise:
- Am I using my resources wisely?
- Does this resource bring me the maximum possible profit?
- What about the adequacy of the amount of work and pay?
- Is a valuable employee working at full capacity or not finishing? Maybe overloaded?
- Level of motivation? Everything is fine or emotionally wilted?
- Does he receive regular awards?
- What about working conditions? Is there everything for maximum efficiency?
- Resting on time?
- Is the food okay?
- Is your health ok?
Nothing should interfere with the fruitful productive work of a valuable labor resource! The main question is: are you a good employer for yourself? There is something to think about. Is not it?
