Which shampoo to choose?

They must be soft and adapted to the nature of the hair: rebalancing and purifying based on nettle, or citrus essential oil (lemon, orange, etc.) for oily hair, nourishing for dry hair based on butter shea, argan or avocado oil and moisturizers for normal hair. 

The care to be provided

The oil bath is also part of the care to be used, once or twice a month, especially in case of dry, damaged or devitalized hair. It consists of coating the hair with one or more vegetable oils, enriched or not with other active ingredients such as specific essential oils, in a hot towel and leaving it on for about 1 hour, or even overnight for a deep repair. Coconut oil, castor oil or even argan oil are the oils most used in hair care. 

The choice of brush

The brush is very important in the health of our hair and must be chosen according to its type of hair and what we want to do. For disentangling, the comb is the most suitable. For curly hair and fine hair, opt for a boar bristle brush. For a perfect brushing, the brush must be flat if you want to smooth or round to have volume.

Adapt your diet

Healthy eating is essential for having beautiful hair. It must be rich in proteins because these help in the formation of the keratin which makes up the hair at 95%. To put on the menu: fish, eggs, meats and whole grains. Zinc and copper also stimulate hair growth by promoting the assimilation of certain amino acids in keratin.
