Acidifying products (20% of the diet):
Cereal products, polished rice, fats, fish, meat, cold cuts, eggs, cheese, coffee, black tea, alcohol.
Alkalizing products (80% diet):
Raw milk and cream, millet and buckwheat, vegetables (zucchini, spinach, eggplant, radish, beetroot, broccoli, carrots, celery, tomato), fruits (citrus, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, watermelons).
