As can be seen from the tables, the richest calcium product is the sesame – only 68 grams of these seeds deliver a daily dose of 1000 mg of calcium. Also, with regards to seeds in addition to sesame seeds, you should pay attention to the sunflower seed – 100 grams is more than a third of the daily value of calcium. Almost all dairy products occupy the top line of the table, but there are clear leaders: the highest content of calcium was observed in powdered milk and cheeses fat content 45%-50%.
