In these tables are adopted by the average daily need for calcium equals 1000 mg. Column “Percent of daily requirement” shows what percentage of 100 grams of the product satisfy the daily human need for calcium.

As can be seen from the tables, the richest calcium product is the sesame – only 68 grams of these seeds deliver a daily dose of 1000 mg of calcium. Also, with regards to seeds in addition to sesame seeds, you should pay attention to the sunflower seed – 100 grams is more than a third of the daily value of calcium. Almost all dairy products occupy the top line of the table, but there are clear leaders: the highest content of calcium was observed in powdered milk and cheeses fat content 45%-50%.
