“Unfortunately, I have no property in Jurmala,” Novikova told Antenna. – But for the summer I rent a dacha in about the same place. Last year, the family of Leonid Kanevsky and many of my acquaintances rested there at this time. I have formed a huge number of my friends and friends there. Sometimes I live not far from the Vitorgan house – every day we see each other and walk with Emmanuel and his wife Irina. We do not meet Volodya Vinokur so often, because we have holidays at different times. Vinokur has a cozy house on the shore in a beautiful place. Volodya is a very friendly and generous person. We have warm relations with him – both professional and human. During our conversation with you, he has already sent me several text messages. I attend all his birthdays and the birthdays of his mother Anna. She is 96 years old. And mom is just fantastic! Beautiful tables are laid, actors and Volodya’s friends come. We say kind words to mom, someone sings, for example, Sasha Marshal, Joseph Kobzon.
– I usually come for a short time. Last year we walked along the beach, went to the cinema, went to the market, laid tables with the Kanevskys and Vitorgan. I really love fish and eat only fish and seafood in Jurmala, and I have not touched meat for 25 years. There are favorite restaurants where I go. It’s full of all kinds of fish that I love. And my friends know this and cook especially for me, smoke it. It’s really nice in Jurmala. I’ve been there for at least 10 days during the summer for 40 years now. I raised my daughter there, she took my grandson there. This is already a prayer place.
Here in Moscow, in the apartment where I lived before, I knew all the neighbors and treated them for all the holidays, brought gifts for the New Year. But today, neighbors change so often. I moved to Lyalin Lane when there were some people, and now there are others. But I continue to be friends with the Armenian family who look after my apartment when I leave for Jurmala. On Marshal Zhukov, where I live now, my star neighbors are Regina Dubovitskaya and Lena Vorobei.
Other celebrities bought residential meters in Jurmala many years ago, and now neighbors are forever – like Vinokur and Syutkin, who live under each other.

A very loyal, intelligent person. We are also meeting Laima Vaikule. This is our friend, with whom we were born on the same day, March 31st. Igor Nikolaev with his wife Yulia Proskuryakova, Gena Khazanov, Valera Syutkin, the Kaveen family – Alexander Maslyakov with his wife Svetochka … A huge number of people who live there, relax – this is our party. Previously, we met more often, because there were KVNs, “Humorins”, “New Wave”. Unfortunately, this is over, but the Laima Vaikule Rendezvous festival remains, in which I participate every year. We are always glad to each other, we walk a lot. Our house is located opposite our Russian office. The closest neighbor is Valera Syutkin, who lives under me and all the time asks not to flood it with water. He often passes the salt to me through the balcony when I run out of salt. And in return he always asks for money on credit, and I give him.
“Volodya Vinokur is even more of a comedian in life than on stage,” Valery Syutkin admitted to Antenna. – I don’t have momentary conversations with him. Usually the dialogue begins with the phrase: “Well, why don’t we fill you in there?” At the same time, he makes such spectacular gestures that he strengthens the meaning of this expression. We share not only the space of the house with each other, but we are also neighbors in the garage in the same place, in Jurmala. A garage is the highest degree of interaction and mutual respect. If all is well in the garage, then what complaints about the apartment can there be? My wife is from Riga, Violochka, that’s why we got an apartment in Jurmala. And Vinokur’s wife Tamara is the engine of everything. She disposes of everything, establishes her own rules. Right now I am talking to you on the phone, and in Jurmala I am looking after his apartments. Well, as I look after: not flowers, of course, I water, but I take his place in the parking lot. We always help each other out. When Volodya flies away, I ask if I can put the car in his place, and he is always welcome. In this regard, we have mutual assistance. It happened by chance that we live in the same house. I bought a living space a long time ago, it was the first apartment building in Jurmala, where you could buy something. There were apartments for the late Viktor Tikhonov, the great hockey coach, and for Alexander Maslyakov and his family. Jurmala is a very good resort, because, firstly, it is not far away, and the weather is mild. The word “prestigious” is not suitable for Jurmala. It is all environmentally friendly. We live right in the forest, but opposite, which is nice, is the residence of the Russian ambassador. So we do not part with Russia there either. Banker Alexander Gafin lives with us in this house, who brought all the artists, starting from the Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney, Elton John. We are next door to the director of the Operetta Theater Vladimir Tartakovsky. So we have such an artistic house. The rest live in the center, like Larisa Dolina. And we are on the outskirts, in the forest, on the Bolshaya River: this is the name of our region in Latvian. This is the place where the river flows into the sea, hence the name. Since Vinokur and I live on top of each other, we go to meet in the best restaurant so as not to embarrass anyone around the house.
For many years Bari Alibasov has been living next door to actress Natalya Varley in Merzlyakovsky lane in the center of Moscow. The apartment is located next to the mansions of the great writers Lermontov, Pushkin and Gogol. Also nearby is the Musical College of the Moscow Conservatory.
– Respected people lived next to me, but then they all fled, – Bari Karimovich laughs. – Only Natasha Varley remained on the floor below. This is due to the noisy parties, an endless stream of guests and the ubiquitous fans who haunted the ordinary residents of the old house. Fans watched the Na-nye from everywhere. And wherever I did not turn, but everything turned out to be ineffectual. It was impossible to pacify fan love.
Natalya Varley is an ideal neighbor. Once he made a flood in her apartment, but she didn’t even protest. He began to draw water into the bathroom, went to his office to the computer … and fell asleep. Suddenly I heard the doorbell ring. I looked at the intercom monitor and saw Natalya Varley. I came to my senses and ran to the bathroom, and there was full of water and everything was swimming. And this, I confess, happened often. Of course, I paid for her repairs. But she never swore. We generally have a good relationship with her. When she comes to visit, she always brings me all sorts of goodies.
However, there were also some accidents on the part of the actress. Once Alibasov entered the entrance and smelled a strong smell of burning. It turns out that Varley was preparing some kind of dish …
– In the morning Natasha put a cutlet on the stove to cook, and she left. And the cutlet was fried until the evening.
Alibasov turned his entrance, one might say, into a whole Nai-nai empire. Now all the wards live together in a huge apartment. The recording studio and the band’s office are located one floor below.
– There is a lot of place where you can relax, eat, put yourself in order before filming and recording songs, says a member of the group Vyacheslav Zherebkin. – We help Bari Karimovich, as he does not have a free minute. At our leisure, we try to do household chores: wash dishes, vacuum. After all, he does not tolerate any speck or speck of dust, the order of the arrangement of things in the kitchen is important to him. For example, a cloth for a table should lie flat, and even the edge should not be bent back.
TV presenter and actress Alla Budnitskaya has been living next to Leah Akhedzhakova for more than 20 years. They live as families under one roof in a two-story country house in Vnukovo. Thanks to the film “Garage” by Eldar Ryazanov, the actresses became friends and are still inseparable.
– Leah and I had a dream for a long time – to live together. There was a time when we rented a small house for the summer. Then we realized that we needed to acquire suburban housing ourselves. We have been engaged in construction for over four years. Of course, it wasn’t easy at first. We only had cots, but then we got hold of. And now our house smells like comfort, that sometimes we don’t want to go anywhere … And when we have free time, we spend it together. After all, there is nothing more pleasant than sitting on a sofa in the winter garden and admiring nature. The most important thing is not to impose on each other. This is the guarantee of harmony.

– When I lived in an old house, my neighbors and I communicated well. Probably, they were united by the Soviet spirit. Even birthdays were celebrated together. And now, unfortunately, this is not the case. I hardly meet anyone in my new house because of my busyness. Only at the dacha we have, one might say, a whole community. We constantly advise what and how to plant from vegetables. We hold feasts. It’s great when there are people who are close in spirit.
– No, we do not intersect. I don’t even know who my neighbors are.
– I live in a suburban village in the Moscow region, where there are few houses. We live, as you know, autonomously. Therefore, it is not particularly possible to communicate with anyone.
– We communicate with neighbors, but have never asked for help. Vice versa. Usually everyone turns to us. For example, they come in for potatoes, carrots. It happens that you didn’t have time to go to the store. And I understand them.
– I live outside the city, and there are 10 houses in our village, often you cannot do without help. We communicate well with our neighbors. Moreover, we are close friends and help each other out. For example, we help in harvesting. We share new saplings of flowers, varieties of tomatoes and cucumbers. To make it interesting for our children to walk, I built a playground for them: a sandbox, swings, slides. Also, we all together celebrate the holidays, launch fireworks.
– I know who lives next to me. We don’t see each other often because of my difficult shooting schedule. I am glad that when I leave somewhere for a long time, then the neighbors can be asked to look after the apartment.
