The curriculum and workload is delivered gradually, with increasing complexity. Initial training takes place in a playful way so that children learn to feel free and uninhibited in the water. Hoops, balls can be used. Those who do not know how are taught to swim and stay on the water – you can come to practice without having these skills at all.

Then they move on to a more difficult level. Various elements are studied – somersaults, rotations, rearrangements. All this is needed to perform entire compositions.

If the child is carried away by this business and wants to continue to develop his talent in the same direction, it is better not to stay in a regular section, but to go to a professional school.

You can send a child to this sport from the age of 6-7, when he will be able to decide for himself whether he likes this pastime or is it better to choose something else. In addition, he will be able to correctly perform clear and synchronized movements than a swimmer of an earlier age.
