Symptoms of male sexual dysfunction
Erectile dysfunction
- Inability or constant difficulty getting an erection;
- Erection insufficiently firm to allow penetration;
- Inability to maintain an erection after penetration.
Decreased desire
- Unexplained and prolonged disappearance of sexual desire;
- Sometimes systematic repulsion towards sexual activities. In this case, it is more of a sexual blockade than a loss of sexual desire.
Premature ejaculation
- Ejaculation occurring after very little stimulation, sometimes even before penetration;
- Ejaculation that occurs consistently or almost 1 minute or less after penetration; (we can still speak of premature ejaculation when sexual intercourse lasts less than 3 minutes after penetration)
- Inability to delay ejaculation.
