A good apple pie should have a lot of apples, the sweeter the apples, the less we will have to think about sweetening the dessert. So, before you start trying the following recipes, it’s worth looking for some really sweet varieties – better eat natural sugar, from fruit, than look for white sugar substitutes later if the apples turn out to be too acidic. Oat pie with almonds
Ingredients:
Manufacturing method:
1. Grate the apples and stew, covered, over low heat for about 6 minutes. Season with cinnamon and lemon juice if they are too sweet.
2. Gently grind the oatmeal and almonds needed for the crumble – so that you can see the larger pieces, combine with the butter, form a ball.
3. Also knead all the ingredients prepared for the dough and form a ball.
4. Put both balls of dough in the freezer.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C with hot air.
6. Line the cake tin with baking paper, crumble the dough on the bottom, then place the apples and crumble the dough prepared in advance crumble and optional almond flakes.
7. Bake everything for about 50 minutes.

1. Wash the apples, cut into 2 parts and hollow out the centers.
2. Put a tablespoon of cheese into each half and pour over the honey.

Apple pie with dried fruit
Ingredients:
1 cup of whole grain flour, 1,5 teaspoons of baking soda, 6 tablespoons of ground almonds, 8-10 chopped dates, 4 tablespoons of raisins, 3 tablespoons of dried cranberries, 2 large eggs, 3-4 diced sour, small apples, 1 each / 4 teaspoons of cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and ginger.
Manufacturing method:
1. Cut the dates, crush the almonds, mix all the ingredients and put them into the baking pan.
2. Bake for 40 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees C
