Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1 cup of instant oatmeal (raw)

  1. Stew bananas in a puree. Add the flakes and chopped nuts. Mix all together. Use a spoon to form biscuits. 
  2. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. 

Honey cake

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cups of honey

2 small oranges

1/2 cup of squeezed orange juice

2 teaspoons of orange peel

1 and 1/2 cubes (approximately 340 g) of butter

3 eggs

1/2 cup of flour

3/4 cup of ground almonds

1 teaspoon of baking powder

2 pinches of salt

  1. Slice the oranges and put them in a saucepan with half a glass of honey. Heat over low heat for about ½ hour, until the oranges are caramelized. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat the butter, salt, honey and eggs until smooth. Add the orange juice and orange zest. Blend. Add flour, almonds and baking powder and mix.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the caramelized oranges on the bottom of the pan (circumference 20 cm) and pour the dough over them. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for approximately 15 minutes. After this time, gently remove the mold.

Date cake

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of crushed bananas for pure

3 cup flour

3 eggs

1/2 butter cubes

1 and 1/2 cups of water

1 and 1/2 cups of chopped dates

1 teaspoon of baking soda 

2 teaspoon baking powder

  1. Mix the bananas with the butter until a smooth, creamy texture is obtained. Add eggs, water and beat. Blend with flour, baking powder and baking soda, then mix with the dates.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Pour the dough into a buttered tin (20 × 30 cm) and bake for 20-25 minutes. You can sprinkle with coconut flakes mixed with chopped nuts before baking.

Carrot and apple muffins

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour

1 egg

1/3 cup of applesauce

1/3 cup of maple syrup

1 / 4 oil glasses

1/2 cup of carrots, grated

1/2 cup of chopped nuts

1/2 cup of raisins

3/4 teaspoon of baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch of salt and nutmeg

  1. Blend the egg with the maple syrup. Toss with applesauce and oil.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, scoop and salt. Add to the previously prepared mass. Connect with each other carefully. Add carrots, nuts and raisins. Mix.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Put the mass into previously prepared muffin molds. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake for about 10 minutes.
