Certain foods speed up metabolism and fat burning

No. To burn fat, you just need to burn more calories than you consume.

You need to train on an empty stomach

No. A pre-workout snack will only contribute to a quality exercise, and if there is no food, then after exercise you will eat many times more than if you had eaten before exercise.

Fat in foods is bad

Fats in the body are just as important as proteins and carbohydrates. Lack of fat in the diet leads to hormonal disruptions.

Sweet – only until noon

It doesn’t matter when you eat a piece of chocolate if you burn more calories in a day than you consume.

If you pump the abs every day, then the stomach will become smaller.

No. Local fat burning is not possible. You need to lose weight completely. It is not a fact that swinging the press will help to lose weight on the stomach, and not on other parts of the body.

Fat burners can help you lose weight

No. Fat burners transport fatty acids in the body. The effect of them can only be achieved with physical exertion.

I’ll get better from sugar

No. Stay in a calorie deficit and eat sugar every day.

Carbohydrates are bad

Not always. Complex carbohydrates (cereals, beans, potatoes) are vital for the body. They promote good digestion and long-lasting feelings of fullness. Simple carbohydrates are bad. Because of them, fatty deposits appear.

There is no benefit in frozen vegetables

Not true! When properly frozen and thawed, vitamins are not lost.

Any chocolate is evil

Bitter chocolate in moderation is not only harmless, but also healthy: it helps to strengthen the immune system and improve heart function.

Eat rarely – you lose weight quickly

It all depends on the serving size. For two times on a rare meal, you can eat as much as a person on a fractional meal will eat in 10.

You can’t eat after six

It is not recommended to eat 2-3 hours before bedtime. If you go to bed around midnight, then 8pm dinner is ideal.

Oatmeal is the best breakfast

This is only true if you are using coarse oatmeal, which must be cooked for about an hour. Porridge cooked in three minutes will not work here.

Soup must be eaten every day

Not every soup is healthy – soups are often fatty (for example, kharcho or shurpa). Such food will not do any good. For the normal functioning of the digestive system, it is enough to eat soup twice a week.
