Determined my correct weight. I can’t say that the incline to fullness is catastrophic and I can add five kilograms in a week. I don’t follow the scales fanatically. But life was so developing that it was always necessary for me to have an athletic and fit body. From the third year of the institute, she began to participate in beauty contests. And although there are far from all “90-60-90”, and there are thin, and plump, the thought constantly sat in my head: “We must lose weight!” I think a lot of curvy girls think the same way. I have, as they say, a heavy bone. What the scales show does not always correlate with the appearance. With an increase of 171 centimeters and 50 kilograms, I look painfully thin. Over time, I realized that the optimal weight for me is 54 kg. You don’t want to be a shapeless skinny person, the ideal is a dried athletic body.
I choose comfortable physical activity. I love sports since childhood: basketball, volleyball, games in the yard. As soon as she learned to walk, she loved to run. The school took to all activities related to running. Perhaps I would make a good athlete. Later she played tennis, was fond of equestrian sports. But she did not go in for sports professionally. Now I mostly go to a sports club. I stopped at strength exercises and aerobics. I don’t like yoga, Pilates and swimming. I want to feel the body, muscle fatigue after exercise. But I have no task to visit the gym 2-3 times a week. There is enthusiasm – I go, no – I will not rape myself. If necessary, I can force myself, but within reasonable limits. Otherwise, it will only get worse, the pleasure will go away. But it happens that you go on vacation, you miss a couple of weeks – a month, you relax, and you don’t want to return to sports.
If you need to enter the regime, get in shape, it is important for me to get up early, at 6-7 in the morning. Then there is an incentive to spend the day not at the behest of desires, but out of necessity, without finding excuses for oneself. In the morning there is a lot of energy, I can do a lot until the evening. There is time for the gym. I do sports only in the morning. Getting up early is also good because there are no traffic jams, you get to the club quickly, and the desire does not disappear. And the gym is half empty, the exercise equipment is free. Another argument is not to shirk.
A good incentive is classes with a trainer. Since I am an obligatory person, I respect other people’s work, having agreed with someone for eight in the morning, I will go, even if I really don’t want to. When I take on myself, I spend 4-5 hours at the gym. Strength training with an instructor, an hour of running on the track at high speed and an hour and a half of intense massage to get very tired after all.
Doing sports at home is not for me. If there is no way to go to the gym, I’d better run outside. When I studied at the university and returned at 11-12 at night, I went to the embankment. I ran slowly so as not to get out of breath at once, not trying to overcome some distance. Enough for 20 minutes. A little, but effective.
I’m not a foodie. In everyday life, I often choose healthy food, albeit not so tasty. I love cottage cheese, oatmeal in water, which some do not tolerate. I eat and think it’s useful. After waking up I drink water with lemon, then coffee, I rarely have a full breakfast. In the morning I usually have fruit. And only by four o’clock I am ripe for a normal dinner. I think you need to eat when you want.
Long ago I gave up on “synthetic” food like sausages. Therefore, when choosing products, I pay attention not so much to calorie content, but to naturalness. I don’t like meat. But chicken, fish, seafood, cheese, black bread – yes.
When there is a need to lose weight, I arrange a weight loss day for myself. I already do not have a clear breakfast, lunch and dinner. When I work, I can not eat all day, spend it on fruits and vegetables, chop them with me and gnaw from time to time. I have known for a long time: if you want to lose weight, eat more protein and vegetables, avoid sweets and chocolate.
And I also load myself with things. I schedule the day by the clock, I do not leave free time. The more of it, the more lengthy thoughts: whether to try something tasty, whether to go somewhere to have a snack. And in the evening you can please yourself with a light salad. My favorites are: rucola, avocado and shrimp, olive oil and lemon.
The main thing is not to get hung up. Although I am a perfectionist by nature, this is bad for the overall quality of life. You don’t need to start yourself up, but everything should be in moderation. Sometimes, after filming, I can stop by at fast food. Of course, I will not order a full tray, but I will have a snack. And if some kind of holiday or with friends met, I will not spoil the evening, objecting: “This is not for me, otherwise it is harmful”, I will order something delicious. There is no habit of scolding yourself for eating “harmful”. I don’t like it when people loudly announce their food preferences. If you don’t want to, don’t eat on the sly.
I try to drink plenty of fluids. I always have a bottle with me. I do not take mineral water, but pure water. And definite. Although I used to think that all water is the same. But then, according to the state of the body, I realized that this was not so. I also love green tea. And also coffee. I do not consider it a harmful drink. I think espresso and americano are even healthy.
Quick skin resuscitation after winter – a three-day stay in some hot country. Sea water and sun work wonders. Neither cosmetologists, nor expensive creams, nor injections are needed.
A good doctor for the skin is a bath, not a sauna. I like wet steam. And then plunge into a cold font after the heat.
The simplest but most important thing is sleep. Sometimes shooting takes place three days in a row, I don’t sleep much. And when the work is over, I can spend 15 hours in bed to recover.
Positive emotions are important to preserve your figure and youth. I scoop them up when meeting with friends. You can chat with them, laugh, they understand your jokes. And staying at home, starving, not seeing anyone again in the evenings, fearing that you will break loose and eat something extra, high-calorie and be sad is definitely not good for the body. You lose weight from positive emotions.
And also great advice is to fall in love! Spring is the right time. I am a very open person, I can meet on a plane, in a store, in a traffic jam, even on the Internet. It doesn’t matter what they think of me. I get pleasure when I destroy stereotypes, I do things that are not expected of me.
