Method of preparation
Pike perch is cut into boneless skin fillets. Fish food waste is poured with cold water and boiled. The fish broth is filtered and pike perch fillets are allowed in it. The finished fillet is taken out. Prepared mushrooms are boiled, cut into slices. Potatoes cut into cubes, sautéed onions cut into rings, carrots cut into slices, are placed in strained fish broth and boiled.
