Super-tender boiled corn with milk and butter recipe
 

It would seem – why is it so difficult – to cook corn? However, there is a cooking method in which the cobs will be especially tender, juicy and aromatic. Here’s how to cook corn using the butter milk method.

1. The cobs must be cleaned of leaves. Cover the bottom of the pot with these leaves, where the corn will be boiled.

2. Break the ears in half. 

3. Put the halves of the ears in a saucepan, cover with water. 

 

4. As soon as the water boils, add 1 cup of milk and 1 piece of butter (about 50 g) to the saucepan.

5. After that, the corn should boil for another 8 minutes.

6. Sprinkle the finished ears with salt.

The corn is oily and very tender.
