Before changing their appearance, and thus their lifestyle, the project participants met with a Psychologist

Counseling girls Irina Izatullaeva, psychologist at the Center for Positive Psychology “Joy”. The meeting took place in one of the halls of the “Tonus-studio” in Novocheboksarsk.

At the very beginning of the lesson, Irina asked the participants of the “Summer Transformation” why they decided to take part in the project, what they expected.

I want to open myself a new, pick up an image. Change something in your life.

I’m all about my children, it’s time to think about myself.

I want to love myself. Begin to devote more time to yourself than usual.

I just want to get a new experience.

I came to the project for adventure.

I want to return to my former life, the one that was before maternity: to become elegant again, to love myself again.

A change of image is a great stress reliever. But you can’t change your hairstyle for every problem. Psychologist Irina Izatullaeva told the girls how to learn to relax, and, accordingly, not bring yourself to depression.

Stress is the tension of the mind and body. One way to relieve stress is breathing. Even just watching your breathing will help you in your life.

If you are already tense, already in a stressful state, then this yoga exercise will help: raise your hands up, gather in a fist and move your fingers away. We close our eyes and begin to breathe frequently through our nose (like a dog). This will help get rid of the resentment.

At this lesson, Irina Izatullaeva told the participants of the project about the rebirthing technique.

Rebirthing is a breathing psychotechnique created in the early 1970s in the United States. Modern rebirthing claims the possibility of getting rid of suppressed negative experiences, regardless of the moment when they arise.

The project participants tried to relax using this technique.

The girls are all different, all interesting. It was evident that there is interest in myself, in my life. At this age, there is a reassessment of values, both in the family and in the individual. They began to take care of themselves in time. I think they will succeed and everything will be fine. And to achieve the best result, I invite the project participants to our Center for Positive Psychology “Joy”. We employ psychologists of different directions: in family relations, and individual counseling, and we work with children, and a large number of all kinds of trainings. Welcome to our center!

During the lesson, I felt a sense of lightness. And I also learned how to cope with emotions with the help of breathing – to breathe correctly and continue to smile.

I liked the relaxation classes very much. I will definitely take these exercises into my arms. In addition, it is affordable and easy – you can sit and breathe at any time.
