tomato sushi

- 2 sheets of rice “paper”
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 1 tsp sweet mustard
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Art. l. olive oil
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- chervil leaves

- head of young garlic
Preparation
Immerse the rice plates in a bowl of cold water for 4 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into circles, and then into sticks (stripes). Using a pastry brush, coat the rice plates with mustard on one side. Place the tomato sticks on the same side, then roll into a long roll. Cut it into bars about 4 cm long; for each piece, add a drop of mustard and place a strip of tomato on top. For the dressing, combine a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, a teaspoon of soy sauce, two tablespoons of olive oil, chervil leaves, chives and minced garlic.
