Forecasters warned that night frosts await the Moscow region from May 31 to June 3. To save the heat-loving seedlings, summer residents were encouraged to shelter them before the onset of heat.

The abnormal frosts are explained by the fact that since May 30, the influence of the anticyclone in the Moscow region is increasing, atmospheric pressure is growing, precipitation is getting less, and the northeastern wind delivers cold air to the capital.
