Shrimp and vegetable skewers

We know: summer is barbecue season! This cooking method has the advantage of not requiring any addition of fat. Colorful, tasty and healthy, these shrimp and vegetable skewers are a very good alternative to grilled red meats, the nutritional value of which is much less interesting. They are low in fat, since they contain only 6 g of lipids, or 9% of the recommended daily intake. Shrimp are a good source of iron since they provide around 15% of the recommended intake. The vegetables that make up these skewers are a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C, essential for good health.
