Appearance: I really love theBalm for its bright packaging. The tool does not include a brush, but my opinion is that the highlighter should be applied with your fingers.

Expectations: with the advent of highlighter fashion, almost every brand can find products in liquid, dry and crumbly form. You just need to find your own shade!

Reality: the highlighter immediately won my heart! Moderately beige with a light texture and a fine shimmer, the product is easily applied with your fingers and shaded, and, which is an important point for me, it looks great without foundation and powder. The ideal summer option is a fresh face, some highlighter on the back of the nose and cheekbones, lip balm and mascara!

– I never heard of the Russian Mi & Co brand, originally from the city of Kirov, until I got their hands on their lavender fluid. I have not yet met the best summer humidifier.

Appearance: 50 ml dark glass bottle with dispenser. Unfortunately, it broke for me about a week later: the transparent plastic cover stopped fitting on the spout. But, they say, Mi & Co always had some kind of trouble with dispensers. True, this does not affect the quality and effectiveness of their products.

Expectations: the fluid is designed to soothe and restore irritated skin with inflammation. The manufacturer also promises that the product will tone the skin and protect it from premature aging. The composition is simply magical (as well as the aroma, however): almond, apricot kernel and macadamia oils, lavender, sage, radiola rosea essential oils and much more. At the same time, harmful chemicals are absent in the list of ingredients by one hundred percent.

Reality: lavender fluid feels greasy and heavy when squeezed onto your finger. But this is only the first impression. It is very quickly absorbed, perfectly mattifies and at the same time moisturizes the skin. I never use moisturizers in the summer, and especially in the heat. After cleansing, simply apply a moisturizing toner or flower water. The fact is that from additional moisture, the skin begins to shine with a greasy sheen very quickly, and in general it feels like in a greenhouse. This does not happen with lavender fluid. The product did not clog pores and was perfect for my sensitive and reactive skin type. After a month of use, the skin began to look even and healthy. At the same time, there are fewer irritations and rashes. To be honest, I can’t imagine myself without this tool, but I don’t know how it will behave in the cooler season. But next summer I will definitely buy myself another bottle.

– Colorless lip balm is my must-have product for all time. I have used different brands, but this summer I opted for the latest from Maybelline – Baby Lips Electro. The line includes three products with different scents: 01, “Coral charge”; 02, “Pink Flash”; 03, Berry Blast.

By the way, the manufacturer writes that Baby Lips Electro balms, unlike the previous Baby Lips collection, also give a neon hue. This is not entirely true. After application, the lips just shine. Only if you use the novelty in layers four, then the lips become brighter by half a tone. But even so, everything looks natural. This is a big plus for me.

Appearance: the color of the balm in the tube is a little scary: 01 – hot pink, 02 – raspberry and 03 – purple. But this is just a “trick” of the manufacturer. When applied, as I wrote above, you will not get such a shade.

Expectations: I expected a pleasant texture from the balm, which lasts a long time on the lips and moisturizes them.

Reality: my expectations came true. The texture of Baby Lips Electro is incredibly delicate and long-lasting. Not eight hours, of course, as the ad says, but four for sure! And this is taking into account the fact that I drink almost every hour.

The caring properties of the balm also paid off. On application I felt like I was using a very good moisturizing night cream.

As for the scent, I also liked it. It smells of berries, but the smell is neutral.

And the last thing is cost. Only 100 rubles.

– Powders are absolutely not suitable for me, so I always use only foundation. However, in the heat, many tonal creams have a very negative effect on the skin and are felt on the face as a thick mask. Therefore, in the summer I try to use light creams, which, in addition to perfectly masking imperfections, also moisturize the skin. My clear favorite is the Giorgio Armani Mixed Foundation Foundation.

Appearance: a very interesting bottle made of frosted glass and a pipette, which is convenient for collecting the required amount of funds for one application. Some people complain that the pipette is not so convenient: the fluid constantly drips and stains the neck, but I don’t have such a problem.

Expectations: everything at once! I really wanted to find the perfect balance between grooming and a good masking effect.

Reality: the tool is excellent. Despite the fact that it contains dry oils and alcohol and is not suitable for sensitive skin, I liked the product. The texture of the fluid is liquid, after application to the skin it dries immediately, but at the same time it gives a feeling of hydration and velvety. First, I squeeze a few drops onto the pads of my fingers, rub, and then, with patting movements, “drive in” the cream. At the same time, the product lays down evenly, without clogging the pores, and lasts throughout the day. The cream has a matte finish and hides flaws well.

– UVA rays are the most dangerous, as they penetrate deeper into the skin and imperceptibly negatively affect it and accelerate the aging process. The tool made me very happy, I think I will resort to its help more than once on vacation in hot countries.

Appearance: large, handy tube. The funds are enough for the entire vacation without saving. I applied it at least three times a day, and spent only half.

Expectations: the manufacturer says that the cream has a light, non-greasy texture that does not leave marks. Optimal tolerance formula to reduce the risk of allergies. Dermatologically tested.

Reality: of course, in hot weather, swimming in the sea and sunbathing blissfully, you don’t think about the consequences of such pleasure.

My skin is far from light, but I still burned more than once. The problem was solved when Garnier cream fell into my hands. It really protects even in the very heat, and the texture and smell are amazing. No stickiness, just a dazzling shine with a pleasant scent. Easy to apply and durable enough. With it, even the most delicate skin is protected, and you don’t have to pay big money for famous competitors. He is not only not inferior to them, but in many respects even surpasses them. The skin after it is very smooth, delicate, the tan lays down very well.
