PSYchology

From chocolate, donuts and jam appear extra pounds and rashes on the face — it seems everyone knows this. But the fact that seemingly harmless sugar can cause insomnia, anxiety, attacks of aggression and even sinusitis, few of us know.

In his book, American physician Jacob Teitelbaum, an expert on chronic fatigue syndrome, firmly states that sugar is bad for life. And then he clearly and in detail describes the methods of treatment for diseases caused by excessive consumption of sugar, and explains how it can be replaced (honey — no, stevia — yes). Teitelbaum suggests using a test to determine the type and extent of your sugar addiction, and then paints a detailed plan for getting rid of it. Halfway through the book, I want to put the cookies aside, and by the last page, try his technique on myself.
