Cooking stuffing
Try mushroom pancakes. You need to prepare the filling of dried porcini mushrooms with onions. Instead of boletus, boletus or boletus mushrooms can be used, they are also very tasty.
You will need: – 200 g of dry porcini mushrooms; – 1 onion; – 50 g butter; – ground black pepper; – salt.
Soak dried porcini mushrooms for half an hour, and then boil in salted water and discard in a colander. Chop them up. Finely chop the onion and fry in hot oil until transparent. Add chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry the mixture, stirring occasionally, until tender. Season it with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

You will need: – 400 g of fresh mushrooms; – 200 g ground beef; – 1 small onion; – 1 clove of garlic; – salt; – ground black pepper; – vegetable oil for frying; – 0,5 teaspoon dried parsley.
Chop the onion and garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion in it and, stirring occasionally, fry until transparent. Add sliced fresh champignons, minced garlic and dried parsley. Saute the mixture until tender and then place in a bowl.
Fry the minced meat in a separate skillet. Stir constantly, breaking up the lumps with a wooden spatula. Season with salt and pepper, then combine the meat with the fried mushrooms.
Stuffing pancakes
Place a tablespoon of the filling in the middle of each pancake. Roll the pancakes into a tube or envelope, carefully tucking the edges. Grease the pan with oil and place the stuffed pancakes in it. After frying them on one side, turn the products over. The finished pancakes should be lightly browned.
