Champignons with crab stick salad

It will take about 40 minutes to cook champignon mushrooms stuffed with crab salad, but the result will be a very tasty appetizer that can even be served on a festive table. You will need the following ingredients:

– 200 g of crab sticks; – 500 g of large fresh mushrooms; – one pinch each of dried oregano, sage, paprika and thyme; – 5 small onion feathers; – 1/3 cup mayonnaise; – 0,25 cups of grated Parmesan; – ground black pepper to taste.

Take the mushrooms and separate the legs from the caps. You only need the hats to prepare the dish, so you can use the rest of the mushrooms in another dish, such as a soup or casserole.

Please note: when you peel the mushrooms, do not immerse them in water, but wipe them with a damp towel. Otherwise, the caps will absorb moisture and swell.

Grate the Parmesan cheese, place in a bowl and add sour cream, seasoning, finely chopped onion feathers and chopped crab sticks to it, then stir in the resulting salad. Take the mushroom caps, scoop out the cavity with a spoon, and place the filling inside.

While you are preparing the stuffed mushrooms, turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180 ° C. Place the caps in a greased baking dish. Bake the mushrooms in the oven for 15-17 minutes, then remove them, transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
