Stretching the inner muscles of the hip — technique exercises:

  1. Take position for push-UPS. This will be your initial position.
  2. Jump forward with both feet, bringing the feet to the hands, as shown in the figure. Keep your head up.
  3. Return to starting position and repeat the jump again. Perform 10-20 repetitions.
