Stretching the inner thigh muscles — technique exercises:

  1. Lie on your back. Legs extended forward. Throw with strap, grip or rope on the foot. Attach the leg to the side as far as you can. This will be your initial position.
  2. Pull the strap to create tension and stretch the muscle back surface and the inner thigh muscles. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then perform the stretch with the other leg.
