Stretching the gluteal muscles in prone position — technique exercises:
- Lie on the floor. Bend your knees, feet are on the floor.
- Put the ankle of the right foot on your left knee as shown in the figure.
- Put your arms around the thigh or knee of the left leg and pull both legs toward your chest. Relax your neck and shoulders. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then repeat stretch with the other leg.
