Stretching of the quadriceps, a technique of performing the exercise:
- Lie on the floor. Just add a belt, rope or expander on foot. Bend your knee, trying to touch the foot or the buttocks, as shown in the figure. This will be your initial position.
- Gently pull the strap, increasing the pressure. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then perform the stretch with the other leg.
