Stretching back of the thigh in the supine position — technique exercises:

  1. Lie on your back. Legs extended forward. Bend one leg at the knee so that between the drumstick and the thigh turned a right angle. Can clasp the thigh with your hands as shown in the figure. This will be your initial position.
