Stretching the chest muscles by using the fitball — technique exercises:

  1. Kneel next to an exercise ball, rest on the floor with hands.
  2. Put the elbow on the fitball, keeping the balance, resting the other hand on the floor. This will be your initial position.
  3. Lower your body down, keeping the elbow on the ball. Stretch the muscles for 20-30 seconds, repeat the same with the other hand.
