Stretching wide back muscles with a partner — technique exercises:
- Sit on the floor. Partner should be behind You.
- Right hand over the other and bend it at the elbow. Partner needs to take you by the hand as shown in the figure.
- Try to get a hand to the side and the partner should not interfere with the movement of your hand. This is called static muscle tension.
- Then the partner should gently pull your elbow to the side as shown in the figure. The exercise is done in 10-20 seconds.
