Stretching wide back muscles with a partner — technique exercises:

  1. Sit on the floor. Partner should be behind You.
  2. Right hand over the other and bend it at the elbow. Partner needs to take you by the hand as shown in the figure.
  3. Try to get a hand to the side and the partner should not interfere with the movement of your hand. This is called static muscle tension.
  4. Then the partner should gently pull your elbow to the side as shown in the figure. The exercise is done in 10-20 seconds.
