Stretching abdominal muscles while standing, a technique of performing the exercise:
- Become straight, feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Place your right hand on the thigh to support the spine.
- Raise your left arm up overhead and bend it at the elbow, head for head. Tilt the torso in the opposite direction.
