Stretch calf muscles in a sitting position — technique exercises:
- Sit on a gym Mat.
- Bend one leg at the knee and put your foot to the floor for balance, as shown in the figure.
- Straighten your other leg, stretching the ankle.
- Using the expander, a towel or a hand (if you can reach out your hand to foot), pull a sock over. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then perform the stretch with the other leg.
