Stretch calf muscles in a sitting position — technique exercises:

  1. Sit on a gym Mat.
  2. Bend one leg at the knee and put your foot to the floor for balance, as shown in the figure.
  3. Straighten your other leg, stretching the ankle.
  4. Using the expander, a towel or a hand (if you can reach out your hand to foot), pull a sock over. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then perform the stretch with the other leg.
