In 2003, Dr Herbert Benson of Harvard University claimed that 80% of medical consultations were related to stress. Strained relationships, loss of a loved one, high demands at work and at home, to each their own stress and to each his own approach to manage it better.

This dossier offers some ideas which, we hope, will help you to apprehend differently the situations to which the modern world exposes us. It goes without saying that learning to deal with stress is a long term job, because everything is in the healthy attitude. This dossier also addresses the world of anxiety disorders: irrational fears, phobias, stress post-traumatic, etc.
