Many people suffer from hypertension, which destroys the circulatory system. Fortunately, to prolong its functioning, it is enough to change your lifestyle, i.e. limit salt and fats and exercise. There are also simple and pleasant tricks that we can easily introduce into everyday life:

  • Eating dark chocolate. Five years of regular chocolate consumption lowers blood pressure by as much as 20%! However, this only applies to the bitter variety, with preferably a minimum of 65% cocoa, which contains a lot of antioxidants and at the same time little sugar.
  • Drinking at least three teas a day. The circulation will be mainly influenced by green tea, but also black tea, although the latter should be drunk much less.
  • dancing. Going to clubs on the weekend with friends, dancing at home to your favorite song – it will also have a positive effect on the heart. Regular dancing lowers blood pressure and bad cholesterol, and even reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
  • Eating strawberries. One of the most common causes of heart disease is cholesterol. Researchers have proven that strawberries are the most effective and tasty cholesterol lowerer. This is because they contain a lot of fiber and pectin.
  • having sex. Researchers from Belfast have proven that the more orgasms you have in your life, the better. The impact of sex on health has been confirmed a long time ago, but it is most clearly seen in the case of the heart – the risk of stroke and heart attack is reduced, in addition by as much as half!
  • Eating garlic. Not only is it a tasty ingredient in dishes and sauces, it also contains allicin, which inhibits platelet clumping, while lowering serum fats.

In addition, the enemy of a long life is overweight, smoking and lack of exercise. All this negatively affects the condition of our life-giving blood pump, so to enjoy a long and heart disease-free life, you need to get rid of bad habits. Drinking too much alcohol and eating too much salt also can’t happen. Supposedly, one way to avoid heart problems is to take a small dose of aspirin daily, as it contains acetylsalicylic acid, which prevents the formation of blood clots that interfere with blood flow. Contrary to appearances, we should take care of ourselves as early as possible, preferably at the age of 20, to ensure a future without a heart attack.
