Strawberry tincture: 5 recipes at home

For tincture, fresh or frozen berries are suitable.

Almost any alcohol can be used as an alcohol base: vodka, good moonshine, food alcohol, inexpensive but natural cognac, gin, tequila, and whatever your heart desires.

They also make wine, liquor, liquor, syrup from strawberries.

Simple strawberry tincture

In this recipe, the amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your taste preference.

Ingredients

  1. Strawberries – 1 kg

  2. Vodka – 1 l

  3. Granulated sugar – 300 g

Method of preparation

  1. Strawberries must be washed and stems removed.

  2. Then transfer the prepared berries, granulated sugar into a glass container and pour over the prepared alcohol. Vodka should cover the berries by 2-3 cm.

  3. We leave the tincture for 1,5 months in a dark place at room temperature. Do not forget to shake the contents of the container every 3-4 days.

  4. After 45 days, the drink must be filtered, filtered and bottled.

  5. Store ready-made strawberry tincture in the refrigerator for no more than 4 years.

  6. The strength of the drink is 26-28 degrees.

Strawberry tincture with lemon

Ingredients

  1. Strawberries – 1 kg

  2. Lemon – 1 pcs.

  3. Vodka – 500 ml

  4. Granulated sugar – 250 g

Method of preparation

  1. To begin with, you need to prepare the strawberries: wash, remove the stalks and cut in half.

  2. We put the berries in a glass jar and cover with sugar. Leave for 3-4 hours at room temperature.

  3. Then we pour in alcohol and put in a dark place for 30 days for aging. Shake the contents of the container once every couple of days.

  4. After a month, we filter the tincture, squeeze the pulp and pour it into a clean container.

  5. Now we pour boiling water over the lemon, wipe it with a paper towel, remove the zest and squeeze out the juice.

  6. We add lemon components to the strawberry tincture and continue to infuse the drink for about two more weeks.

  7. Ready strawberry-lemon tincture is filtered again, then filtered and bottled.

  8. Before tasting, leave the drink in a cool place for 1-2 months to stabilize the taste. Shelf life – no more than three years, and the strength of the product is 16-19 degrees.

Strawberry cognac tincture

Ingredients

  1. Strawberry – 500 g

  2. Inexpensive cognac – 500 ml

  3. Water – 2 glasses

  4. Granulated sugar – 300 g

Method of preparation

  1. We make simple sugar syrup from sugar and water.

  2. While the syrup boils, it is necessary to wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and pierce each berry in several places with a toothpick.

  3. Now throw the strawberries into the syrup and boil for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

  4. Pour the strawberry syrup into a glass container and add brandy. We leave for 30 days in a dark, cool place.

  5. After the specified time, we filter the finished tincture, filter through a purchased or home-made filter and bottle it.

  6. The shelf life of the drink is 3 years, and its strength varies from 13 to 15 degrees.

Strawberry tequila tincture

Ingredients

  1. Strawberry – 250 g

  2. Lime – 2 pcs.

  3. Tequila – 500 ml

  4. Sugar – to taste (optional)

Method of preparation

  1. We prepare the strawberries in the same way as in the previous recipes and cut them in half.

  2. Remove the zest from one lime, and cut the second into slices.

  3. We put all the ingredients in a jar of a suitable size, pour the alcohol base and leave it for 5 days in a dark, cool place.

  4. Then everything is according to the knurled scheme: we filter, filter and bottle.

  5. Store the finished drink in the refrigerator for no more than a year.

Strawberry tincture with basil on gin

Ingredients

  1. Strawberry – 250 g

  2. Basil, chopped and packed tightly – 1/2 cup

  3. Gin – 500 ml

  4. Sugar – to taste (optional)

Method of preparation

This drink is prepared in exactly the same way as the previous one. We prepared strawberries, put all the ingredients in a jar, and then according to the recipe.
