At the Chiswick Auctions in London, two cans of beer over the age of 80 were sold for £ 2270 ($ 2800). All this time, beer cans were kept in one family and remained in good condition.
This beer was probably bottled in 1936 at the Felinfoel Brewery in Wales. It is considered the first canned beer to be bottled outside the United States.
The brewery was built in 1878 and after the outbreak of World War II supplied beer in banks to the Ministry of Defense, with beer even exported to North Africa.
Felinfoel Brewery Managing Director Philip Lewis became the owner of the rare beer. And now these banks will now be on display at Felinfoel Brewery.
We will remind, earlier we told about what will happen if to drink beer every day and advised how to use beer in cooking.
