The melon
Melon is a summer fruit weighing from 700 g to 1 kg. It contains around 30 calories per 100g, which is very little.
Full of water and vitamin C, it is indicated for fatigue and cardiovascular risks. Along with apricot and mango, melon is one of the fruits that contains the most beta-carotene. It is recommended to limit aging, and in particular that of the skin.
