We pass meat, onions and raw potatoes through a meat grinder. Add chopped garlic to them. We put milk on the stove and heat it up a little (it should become warm, but not hot), put bread in it. We wait until the moment when the bread is completely saturated with milk, after which we grind it and add it to all the ingredients.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg with a fork and pour into the minced meat. Add salt to taste. As a rule, children’s meals should be slightly undersalted. The minced meat mixes well, after which cutlets are formed, which are placed in a double boiler. Cooking time – 30-40 minutes.
