Static exercise for chest muscles — technique exercises:
- Sitting or standing bend your arms at a right angle and connect them directly in front of you at chest level, as shown in the figure. Hint: hands should be clasped, and the fingers pointing forward, perpendicular to the torso.
- Make an effort and push with both hands on top of each other. Start with slight pressure and slowly increase it. During exercise, breathe in a normal rhythm.
- Hold the hands in this position for the required amount of time.
- Slowly reduce the pressure.
- Relax and repeat.
Variations: you can change the angle of the bend of the elbows.
