The new St. Petersburg apartment of Glucose has everything that the hostess dreamed of: a large glass dressing room, a separate bathroom and heavy curtains that obscure the sunlight …
Apartments of stars
Edwardian Kitchen, Clive Christian.
By destroying the wall between the guest and master bedrooms and removing the circular bathroom in the middle, the architects carved out space for a second bathroom with a sauna for Natasha. Plumbing, Villeroy & Boch. Walls and floors tiled in black Portoro marble.
You need to live with passion! Gluk’oza’s house has all the conditions for this. A card table surrounded by black lacquered Swaim armchairs.
The “striking” element of the living room is a large floor mirror in a carved wooden frame with gilding, Christopher Guy. In the office wallpaper Chinese Paper, Cole & Son; shelving unit, AGR.
The samurai figurine in the living room is the work of the sculptor Dashi Namdakov.
Guest bedroom. Bed, Savio Firmino. Bench, Maitland Smith. Lamps, Fine Art.
For the kitchen combined with the dining room, a monochrome scale has been chosen. The Zenit crystal chandelier, designed by Philippe Starck for Baccarat, is a wedding gift from friends. Swaim velor dining table and chairs. Edwardian Kitchen, Clive Christian.
There are many oriental items in the living room and the adjoining study. Upholstered furniture, Swaim. Ceiling lamps, Fine Art. The walls are decorated with multi-layer decorative plaster.
Bedroom. Bed with quilted headboard, Marge Carson, Astoria collection. Screen, Swaim, silver leaf, antique mirror inserts. Lamps, Porta Romana.
Gluk’oza (Natalia Ionova) became a star at the age of 16. For six years of her career, she tried on a variety of roles: a little atamansha (she was like that in the first videos), a socialite (no noisy event in the city can do without Natasha), an enviable bride (businessman Alexander Chistyakov became her husband), caring mothers (recently her daughter Lida was born) … Natasha is not going to stop there. In her St. Petersburg apartment, she met us in the form of a Hollywood diva. Well, the new image suits her. The same as the interior, created by the architect Dmitry Petrov.

Natasha Ionova: It is not surprising, because her husband was engaged in its design. Now I will cause the envy of thousands of women: Sasha chose absolutely everything, down to tablecloths and curtains. I only voiced my wishes. For example, I wanted a large glass dressing room so that all the outfits were visible, and a separate bathroom, and my husband, together with the architect Dmitry Petrov, was already deciding how to implement this. What did you expect to see? Some cyberdom or spaceship …
Such a dwelling would suit the heroine of my videos, but not me. Especially today, when I changed my image. Have you seen the new video “Dance, Country”? Not yet? Take a look! And then, a lot depends on the place.
Which for example?
A large black Zenit chandelier designed by Philippe Starck for Baccarat – a gift from friends for our wedding. Or English cuisine, Clive Christian.
Do you cook a lot?
Few. But we come to St. Petersburg for a short time and usually order ready-made food. Much more important than cuisine for us
What is your favorite place in the house?
Glazed balcony. We love to have breakfast here. In Moscow, because of the crazy speeds, this does not happen often – we are always in a hurry somewhere. But in St. Petersburg, as in Paris, there is always time for a joint breakfast: aromatic coffee, hot croissants with jam … We comfortably sit in armchairs and admire the view of the city.
There are many Chinese things in the apartment …
“The glazed balcony is my favorite place in the house. It is good to have breakfast here: aromatic coffee, hot croissants with jam … We sit comfortably in armchairs and admire the view of the city. “
This is the last hobby of her husband. There was a funny story recently. Sasha calls: “Now they will bring us two Chinese figurines. Place them on the terrace so that you can’t see it from the house. ” The movers are right there. I go out and see a gardener, green with horror, and two colossus two fifty high, which are not so much from the house – you can see from the neighboring area! The husband is also in shock. It turns out that he only saw them in the photograph in the catalog and did not pay attention to the size. Now we are trying to stick these statues somewhere. Max Fadeev, by the way, is also not indifferent to everything Chinese. This is noticeable in my videos. Have you noticed the samurai in the office? It was sculpted by our great friend, the Buryat sculptor Dashi Namdakov. This is Putin’s favorite master. He does amazingly beautiful things. I even wear a pendant of his work around my neck, look!
Very low and very high floors scare me alike. We have an apartment on the 23rd floor in Moscow – that’s how my grandmother settled there as a result. I often ask her: “Well, granny, okay?” – “Oh, baby, like in heaven.” I also don’t like natural light. I always hang my windows
Admit it, who maintains order in the house?
I. I was taught to do this from childhood – even
Architect Dmitry Petrov comments on the project:
It was about the star’s apartment for receiving guests and short stops in her husband’s hometown. Nobody was going to live here permanently. This untied our hands, and this explains the extreme extremism of the interior. Frankly speaking, we would never have allowed ourselves such a madness with a Chinese accent in Moscow, where the oriental interior has recently acquired a rough restaurant-club character. Petersburg is another matter. Here, completely different associations are born – for example, with the Chinese rooms of the imperial palaces. Plus the color scheme chosen by the customer. Alexander wanted an energetic contrasting interior. China’s characteristic red-black-gold palette has become our medium of expression.
This apartment (213 sq. M.) Is located in an ineptly renovated historic building. As a result, half of the rooms (living room, study, hallway and guest bedroom) have low ceilings – only 2,3 m. We compensated for the vertical understatement with density and saturation horizontally. The filling of the rooms is intense – furniture and accessories are bright, catchy, obliging, it is impossible to tear yourself away from them. The psychological impact of the interior is so strong that it distracts from the overhanging ceiling. If you are tired of intimacy, you can go to the kitchen-dining room, where the ceilings are high enough. It is important to understand that they do not live in an apartment permanently, otherwise this technique would not be justified. The second problem is tiny windows, especially in the elongated living room. We adapted the room for a home theater and card table.
The very function of these zones implies subdued evening lighting. A glazed balcony is attached to the apartment from the side of the kitchen. Despite the fact that its function is to fill the house with the sun, would-be designers have oriented it into a courtyard-well. He literally rests against the wall mastered by pigeons and rains. What can you say here? It is pointless to fight the eternal St. Petersburg dullness, so we exaggerated it by choosing a monochrome scale for the kitchen. A breakfast table was set up in front of the window. The view reveals not only the brickwork and firewall of the house opposite, but also the golden spire of the Engineering Castle soaring into the sky. The view is stunning, it resembles Dobuzhinsky’s 1921 lithographs dedicated to St. Petersburg. It is impossible to express, you can only feel it.
