- Take a rod, as shown in figure. Stand up straight. Feet shoulder width apart. It is very important when performing this exercise keep your back straight. Hint: the hand on the fingerboard should be slightly wider shoulder line.
- On the exhale, lift your shoulders up and hold the top position for 1 second.
- On the inhale slowly lower the barbell to the starting position.
