Shragi the post — technique exercises:

  1. Take the bar. Stand up straight. Feet shoulder width apart. It is very important when performing this exercise keep your back straight. Hint: the hand on the fingerboard should be slightly wider shoulder line. For better retention rod can be used cross-hand grip on the fretboard.
  2. On the exhale, lift your shoulders up and hold the top position for 1 second.
  3. On the inhale slowly lower the barbell to the starting position.
