Squats with weights over your head — the technique of the exercise:

  1. Lift the kettlebell to shoulder height. Squeeze the dumbbell over your head with one hand, turning the wrist. This will be your initial position.
  2. Head raised, the weight is fixed above the head. Perform a squat, bending your knees, turning them outwards, as shown in the figure.
  3. Hold this position for a few seconds, then straighten up.
